Tsutomu is a playable character from Bust A Groove 2. A super-rich 5th grader whose father is a professional baseball player and whose mother is a government official. He is disliked by 99% of the students at school because of his mature personality. He has a quick temper, and wets himself when angered. The only person who is kind to him is his teacher, Miss Monroe. He has a crush on her and wants to marry her when he turns 18. Before doing his dance performance setting up with the Dancing Heroes' host, James Suneoka, Tsutomu is revealed that he's gonna pee and needs to relieve himself. Unfortunately after his dance performance, Tsutomu wets his shorts in frustration while James handling a motor goose to conclude the show since Tsutomu's urine coming from his wet shorts had been spilling on the floor.

Tsutomu has neatly short brown hair, brown eyes and a dark pink blush on both of his cheeks.
He wears a school uniform consist of a dark blue formal suit jacket with a golden cuffs in each sleeve of his jacket, a white long sleeve button-up shirt with a large bow tie, a matching dark blue long slacks, white knee high socks and black Mary Janes a contrast of wearing school shoes for males. He also carries a black square shaped school backpack with a golden ruler had sticked on the left side where he keeps his flute during the opening and maracas from one of his win animations. His alternate appearance is still his main outfit but his entire school uniform is red and his large bow tie is black.

- Tsutomu's stage takes place in the golden shachihoko castle.
- Tsutomu will always have an arrow in the beginning of every command in Mix Mode. This goes for Comet, Columbo, & Robo-Z Gold as well.
